The 3rd step for today is How to sustain levels during a match . Do you ever thing that actually bananas give u more energy??Hahahaha..I think that all of u will said that eat bananas is a insane thing during the match.However,do you ever try it?Ok2..i dont want to mumble too much this day,just have a nice mood to read this post ok…
Energy levels can get seiously depleted during any physical sport, so it’s important to take on board right foods and liquids. Moore recommends eating bananas , which are full of iron , are easily broken down by the body and provide instant energy . He says , ” For example in a game of tennis Andre Agassi will win a set then he will eat a banana to put the energy back in , as they breakdown very quickly .” Because bananas provide energy to the muscle they can also prevent painful cramps . Moore point out : ” Some people eat sweets at half time. it’s sugar and it’s a kick start to get the body goin again . Pure chocolate olso popular !!

1hohohoho, biasanye kite letih awal2 jerr.. sebab masa tue pernafasan tak rancak lagi, pastue ETC x dapat dilaksanakan, dan banyak pengoksidaan anaerobic berlaku.. menyebabkan perkumpulan lactic acid dalam muscle, tue yang rasa letih tue.. tapi bila dah lebih 20 minit, pernafasan dan cepat, rasa letih kurang sket.. tue pasal kena warming up dulu seblom main ape2..
