Today i will continues the 2nd step of how Balancing your food . The 2nd step is What to eat before a big game. Before that I just want to tell all of u that I just comeback from IKEA ! Hahaha..Next day i will post what i have done at there ok!Too much insane thing i have did!Oh yeah…….It is fun activity during the weekend .Ok..ok…dont waste our time..lets go through to our topic this day .
Before any big match you need to prepare your body. Although you need to take on board plenty of carbohydrates it is important to eat them in advance so they have chance to be broken down in your body,ready to provide you with energy. Micheal Moore, executive chef for Arsenal football club,says that a football team who has a match at 8pm will have a meal at 3pm which will consist of a high-protein starter such as clear chicken soup , then a very high carbohydrates main course including starchy foods such as pasta ,rice potatoes.

1I haven’t involve with any big game for past 15 years ( I guess)… Too damn busy with my hectic life to join big game currently. Anyway, this is a good tips.
